Brokerslink extends its Middle East footprint with new affiliate - Associated Insurance Consultants

New Affiliate Brokerslink

 

Global broking business, Brokerslink, has added Associated Insurance Consultants (AIC) from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to its global network as an affiliate, giving the network local broking expertise in eight Middle Eastern countries.  

Launched in Beirut, Lebanon in 2001, AIC is headquartered in Abu Dhabi and operates in 13 countries across the Middle East region. The company will now represent Brokerslink in Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Jordan.  

AIC is led by Group CEO Walid Nehme who joined the business in 2007 and has helped grow the company to 156 employees who represent over 30,000 insureds and $58 million in annual premiums.  

The broker’s core lines of business include Property, Casualty, Marine, Engineering, and Employee benefits. AIC also works in a range of personal lines which cover life and non-life products and specialty lines which include Bloodstock, Cyber and Political risks.
