Mélodie completed her Master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages, specializing in corporate insurance. She has a rich path in the French insurance industry with experience both in account management and in international coordination.
 
Her journey in the insurance world began at Gras Savoye (Willis), the top-ranked insurance broker in France at the time. Over the course of seven years, she evolved in her role as International Programs Coordinator and later transitioned into the role of Client Executive for multinational clients. In 2018, Mélodie embarked on a new challenge at Cristal Décisions, a company focused on procurement optimization. There, she managed the insurance activity and led a dedicated team. Mélodie had the opportunity to collaborate with a broad spectrum of client companies, brokers, and insurers, both in the areas of Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits.
