We are pleased to announce the appointment of Tiago Mora as our new regional manager for the Middle East and Africa.

He replaces Ana Cristina Borges who is relinquishing her responsibilities with Brokerslink to become Board Director of MDS Portugal.

In the role of regional manager, Tiago will focus on the development and expansion of Brokerslink’s presence across the region. He will assist our Partners and Affiliates in 35 countries to work with other independent brokers across the global network to find and develop new opportunities for clients and support our strategic insurer partners to improve their access to the Middle East and Africa.

Tiago Mora joined MDS Group in 2007 and is currently MDS Re director and holds non-executive director positions with RCG, a specialised company in risk consultancy, and High Dome PCC, a Group company providing captive services based in Malta. He has also spent several years developing the Group’s operations in Africa and running the Angolan business.

Tiago will be formally confirmed at the Brokerslink Africa and Middle East meeting which will be held in Nairobi, Kenya on 26 to 28 June 2019.

Tiago Mora joins Christos Gavriel (Regional Manager, Europe), Sid Garcia (Regional Manager, Asia-Pacific) and Esteban Sanchez (Regional Manager, Latin America & the Caribbean).
