Brokerslink launches dedicated Employee Benefits Practice to address fight for talent

Global broking business Brokerslink has launched a new, dedicated Employee Benefits (EB) Practice to provide independent brokers around the world with access to leading expertise, assistance, and innovative solutions to help them strengthen and expand their international EB business capabilities.

Global broking business Brokerslink has launched a new, dedicated Employee Benefits (EB) Practice to provide independent brokers around the world with access to leading expertise, assistance, and innovative solutions to help them strengthen and expand their international EB business capabilities.

The new practice is led by Brokerslink EB expert Gerard Baltazar, who has over 20 years’ experience in developing and implementing innovative employment-focused solutions for businesses.

At a time when many sectors are fighting to attract and retain the best talent, employee benefits can be a key differentiator for businesses. Brokerslink’s network of independent brokers in 133 countries can now begin to expand their capabilities in this area and support their clients in developing market-leading Employee Benefits solutions both at local and global levels.

Brokerslink partners and affiliates will benefit from:

  • Enhanced buying power for brokers negotiating better EB pricing and underwriting terms with insurers.
  • Access to exclusive products and services created for partners and affiliates to pass on to their clients.
  • Increased EB capabilities in their local markets.

Gerard Baltazar, Brokerslink EB Practice Leader at Brokerslink commented:

“The Brokerslink Employee Benefits Practice will make the network a formidable alternative to other internationally organised EB consulting and broking companies. We are focused on generating income through working together more effectively on a global basis. In this way, we will cut out complexity and expenses, and offer our partners and affiliates innovative and cost-effective EB products, whilst ensuring honest, transparent service delivery at a consistently high level.”

Brokerslink Chairman José Manuel Fonseca added:

“The Brokerslink model is about pooling internationally renowned resources to offer our partners and affiliates services, expertise and solutions they won’t find anywhere else. The Brokerslink Employee Benefits Practice is the latest development in our mission to create dedicated knowledge hubs to inspire and support independent brokers around the world.  We’ve seen the success of our B.Tech programme, and our Risk Management Practice and now I’m looking forward to seeing Gerard drive employee benefits excellence through our new hub.”
