Our lawyers are drawn from across the insurance market, and the majority of our team has experience on both sides of the market. However, as a firm, we never act for insurers, and only ever represent policyholders. Our approach is to work shoulder to shoulder with insurance brokers, and we offer a free preliminary advice service to brokers in the UK and across the world in relation to coverage issues that are connected to the London market. We believe that the interests of policyholders are better served in almost every case by having a broker on-side during the claims process, and for that reason, we never represent policyholders in claims against brokers.
