At the Europe Forum 2026, one message stood out: in today’s complex insurance landscape, success is built on strong relationships, a connected ecosystem, and seamless global collaboration.
Anne Collette, Director of Business & Partnerships, and Mélodie Álvaro, Business Development Manager, shared how Brokerslink builds trust and empowers brokers to succeed globally.
Building trust across markets
For Brokerslink, trust is the foundation of every international relationship. Before anything else, it’s about choosing the right counterpart and investing in the relationship.
“Once the right partner is in place, it’s about building trust and confidence,” says Anne Collette.
“They need to feel they are truly representing Brokerslink in their country. We support them with capacity, technical expertise, and solutions for complex risks. The relationship strengthens every time we interact, through regular contact, surveys, and being available whenever they have a need.”
Mélodie Álvaro emphasises the importance of this trust for the broader ecosystem:
“Trust is fundamental. It drives engagement and supports both existing and new relationships.”
Brokerslink’s collaborative ecosystem spans insurers, MGAs, wholesale brokers, specialist providers, and affiliates across 134 countries. Anne explains how this network works in practice:
“The objective is twofold. We give our partners visibility globally, while empowering our local brokers with the tools and expertise they need to serve clients internationally. It’s a win-win: partners gain reach, brokers gain capability.”
Supporting multinational clients
The strength of Brokerslink’s ecosystem becomes most evident when supporting multinational clients. Coordinating international programs and accessing the right expertise across markets is critical.
“We built a platform for multinational program administration,” Anne says.
“It coordinates international policies, reporting, and servicing for all our retail brokers. Another is our collaboration with Moody’s, which provides a prospecting tool to help brokers grow their pipelines. These collaborations deliver real value every day.”
Onboarding new affiliates effectively is key to maintaining a connected, high-functioning network. Brokerslink uses both digital platforms and in-person events to integrate new members quickly.
“We make everyone aware internally through our platform Agora,” Mélodie explains.
“Regional forums and our Global Conference are key; they give new affiliates a chance to introduce themselves, present their company, and identify synergies. We fully support them to make the experience as smooth and productive as possible.”
Adapting to evolving client needs
The insurance landscape is evolving, and Brokerslink ensures its ecosystem adapts with it. Mélodie notes:
“There’s growing interest in employee benefits, specialty lines, and risk advisory. These capabilities strengthen brokers as consultants and help them diversify their portfolios.”
Europe holds a unique position in Brokerslink’s global network. Beyond being a significant market, it serves as a hub of technical expertise and capacity.
“Europe is a key hub of knowledge, technical expertise, and access to capacity,” Anne explains.
“Brokers from non-European countries often come to learn about specialty areas like marine, political risk, or trade credit. Europe provides the expertise they need.”
Mélodie adds perspective on what sets Brokerslink apart globally:
“Our ‘one broker per country’ philosophy, combined with a shareholding component, encourages strong commitment and trust. The growing ecosystem ensures brokers always have access to innovative solutions, expertise, and training.”
Through its collaborative network, Brokerslink connects local expertise with global reach, helping brokers navigate complex client needs while building trust and long-term relationships worldwide.
