Graduated in Business Organization and Management, from ISG, with specializations in Finance, Human Capital Management and Change Management, he has been leading the Consulting practice at Neves de Almeida HR Consulting for the last 4 years. Previously, he developed his professional activity in the area of Management and Strategic Consulting at Accenture, where he spent 23 years in countries such as Portugal, Spain, Italy, Angola, Mozambique and more recently in the USA, from which he returned at the end of 2017. 

Over more than a decade he has led and developed several transformational Integrated Talent Management and Talent Development projects with organizations of the most diverse dimensions, sectors of activity and geographies/cultures.
