Tatiana brings around 20 years of experience in theinsurance industry with 15 years consulting for internationalbenefits for the MENAT region.
Currently she is the Vice Chairperson for Associated AllianceIncorporated and the Manager for Synergy ReinsuranceDMCC.
Tatiana's professional journey includes roles such as Manager at Synergy Reinsurance DMCC since 2020, and Chairperson for the International Benefits Network from 2019 to 2022. She also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the American University of Science & Technology from2012 to 2021 and held leadership positions, including Branch Manager and Chief Technical Officer, at Associated Insurance Consultants SAL.
