Global broking business Brokerslink has established a European regional steering team to support the global expansion of its network, strengthen communications between the organisation’s European brokers and develop niche products and innovative services with Brokerslink’s partner insurers.

The team, formed of representatives from Germany, Croatia and Turkey and led by Brokerslink’s regional manager for Europe, Christos Gavriel, was introduced in front of over 300 delegates at Brokerslink’s 2019 global conference in Bordeaux this week. Gavriel commented:

“I am really excited that the team includes experienced and enthusiastic Brokerslink colleagues from a diverse mix of markets. We will be building on this mix of expertise to develop exciting Pan-European projects and deliver new products and services, adding value for all our independent regional brokers irrespective of size and market.”

Brokerslink chairman José Manuel Fonseca added:

“The launch of the European Steering Team, shortly following the announcement of the African one, is a great step to energize the network, improve communication and drive innovation. Brokerslink has a special regional DNA and the idea is to reinforce it in close co-operation with the Board of Directors and the central team.”
