Global broking business, Brokerslink, has further strengthened the expertise and capabilities of its senior team with the appointment of Pedro Moura Ferreira as Business & Placement Director.

Pedro will work closely with the organisation’s global Partners & Affiliates to strengthen the network and support multinational business opportunities, collaborating with them to increase the growth and development of new products and specialised risk management services for the network.

Pedro has an insurance career spanning over 25 years and has held a number of senior positions in the Portuguese insurance industry, most recently he was Director of Claims, Technical & Placement Areas for MDS Portugal.  Prior to this he was Board Member and Executive Director at Patris Seguros also spending a number of years at Corretor de Seguros.

Speaking on his appointment, Pedro commented;
